Ingredients

red velvet cake mix
1/3
cup
canola oil

large eggs

Nestle white chocolate chips

pink and red sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with waxed paper and set aside.
Beat cake mix, oil, and eggs in a stand mixer until well combined.
Place prepared dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.
Scoop dough into 2 tablespoon sized balls.
Add sprinkles into a separate bowl. Roll cookie balls in sprinkles to lightly coat.
Continue to form cookies, rolling in sprinkles.
Bake for 8 minutes in preheated oven. When removed, top cookies with chocolate chips.
Place back in oven for 2 additional minutes. Then let cool on wire rack until completely cool.
