Knott’s Berry Farm welcomes guests to an all-new, limited time outdoor dining and retail experience. The Knott’s Taste of Calico event bring the flavors of Knott’s to guests as they stroll the streets of Calico.

As a Knott’s Ambassador, my family & I receive complimentary admission to the park. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

After shuttering due to concerns over COVID-19, Knott’s Berry Farm has gradually reopened experiences for their guests. Read about our Marketplace experience HERE. We stocked up on boysenberry goodies, ate at the Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant, and may have even had a treat (or three) from the bakery. Let me tell you, it feels BERRY good to be back at Knott’s.

While the park remains closed, this unique opportunity invites attendees to enjoy boysenberry inspired food and wine, shop from local craft venders, and connect with the park that so many of us consider a home away from home. Taste of Calico Tasting Card

The only way to experience the Taste of Calico is by purchasing a Tasting Card. No other ticket is required!

One card is required per guest, per entrance. The Tasting Card will grant you 3-5 tastings of delightful dishes from the curated Taste of Calico menu.

Knott’s Taste of Calico FAQ’s

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, complimentary parking is available for those visiting the Marketplace or experiencing the Taste of Calico event. Enter the parking lot off of Crescent Avenue.

Can I leave the event and return?

Yes, as long as you keep your Tasting Card. You are free to exit and return later.

Can I bring my reusable souvenir bottle?

No, the reusable souvenir bottles are not valid during the event. Dining plans are also not valid during the event.

Can I use remaining Taste of Calico tickets for another day?

Yes, you can use your remaining Taste of Calico tabs for a subsequent visit. However, a new Taste of Calico Tasting Card is required for entrance.

Are the rides open?

No, Knott’s Berry Farm remains closed due to COVID-19. This unique opportunity allows guests to enjoy outdoor dining and retail experiences in the Calico area of the park.

Safety Protocols for Knott’s Taste of Calico

Knott’s Berry Farm is limiting tasting card sales to reduce capacity. Expect 10-15% of guests at the event, allowing for ample social distancing.

Upon arrival, guests and associates have temperatures checked. Facial coverings are required, except when eating.

Attendees for the event reported exemplary sanitation by the Knott’s Berry Farm associates. Hand sanitizer stations are also available.

In the effort of full disclosure, my family has resumed very strict quarantine procedures. At this time, we are only running essential errands and doing outdoor activities that don’t require interaction. I know that everyone’s comfort levels are different, and I feel comfortable recommending this option for outdoor dining and shopping.

I was so impressed with the event protocols after the first weekend of Knott’s Taste of Calico! Trust me, that it is breaking my berry-loving heart to not be there in person. But I’m enjoying the experience through my Knott’s Ambassador friends and all of the guests using the #KnottsTasteofCalico hashtag.
