Knott’s Summer Nights Kick Off

Knott’s Summer Nights at Knott’s Berry Farm combines the fun of backyard picnics and rock concert. When the sun goes down, the fun ramps up at Knott’s!

My family and I received complimentary admission to facilitate this review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

School’s just about out for summer, and we are ready to celebrate. There will be countless lazy mornings (today included), and tons of opportunities to make family-centric memories. As a Berry Blogger, my family and I are given opportunities to check out the berry best at Knott’s Berry Farm.

We can’t wait to spend the summer exploring the family-friendly evening entertainment at Knott’s, and having a blast.

Knott’s Summer Nights Entertainment

Head to the Boardwalk for the special summertime celebration. The strings of lights marking off the Knott’s midway make it feel like a new zone of fun. Surrounding the Calico Mine Stage, guests can take part in complimentary yard games like cornhole and toss games making it a great hangout.

The whole area is filled with music with tunes rotating throughout the area. As one band ends on the Calico Park Stage, another picks up next door at the Calico Mine Stage. The fun continues over towards the Charleston Circle Fountain where a DJ sits atop the Boardwalk Surf Shop. 2022 brings new bands to the stage from funk to rock.

Make sure to check out the official Knott’s Berry Farm app for the most up-to-date event schedule.

Knott’s Summer Nights Tasting Cards

Similar to the Boysenberry Festival, Knott’s is offering a special summer-themed tasting card. For $50, guests can sample 6 foods.

It’s the perfect picnic and barbecue menu with favorites like burgers, sliders, tacos, and, of course, tons of sweets!

Check out the full line-up of food items coming to Summer Nights!

Only available in the Summer Nights Boardwalk area.

6 items is more than enough to share between 2 people. Grab a few entrees, a dessert to share, and a craft beer. That’s right! For guests 21+, craft beer and wine is available as a tasting card option.

Our plan is to grab a few extra cards to use throughout the summer. That’s part of the fun of the Summer Nights, it’s your own backyard hang-out to enjoy with friends.

Speaking of friends, there are some quirky characters to meet! Extending the fun of character interaction from Ghost Town Alive, Knott’s has introduced a new cast of characters for Knott’s Summer Nights. People like Ivanna…Ivanna Drink…make for silly engagments.

Another fun summer offering for Knott’s Summer Nights are S’mores Kits, available for purchase for $7.00. Roast your marshmallows around fire pits for a DIY treat.

In between games of checkers and snacking on treats, the kids raced from one coaster to the next. They loved HangTime with its awesome nighttime lighting and despite it being 11 PM, the kids raced onto Calico River Rapids to check out the new animatronics and storyline.

Knott’s Berry Farm has fun from sun up to sun down this summer with the Ghost Town Alive immersive western experience and now Knott’s Summer Nights.

Knott’s Summer Nights is a summer adventure select nights May 20-September 5, 2022 at Knott’s Berry Farm. For tickets and more information, head to Knotts.com.
