Explore the Flavors & Fun in the New Knott’s Berry Farm Fiesta Village

Celebrating the Hispanic influences in Southern California, Knott’s Berry Farm has reopened its Fiesta Village with a new look, dining locations, and merchandise. Explore the newly renovated section of the theme park in this full guide to the fun now open to the public!

Knott’s Berry Farm’s Fiesta Village Update

The summer of 2023 brought a new look to the Fiesta Village region of Knott’s Berry Farm. The renovations added bright colors to the walkways, plus a newly landscaped alebrije garden.

The garden features spirit animal statues throughout the area. You can find out more about the alebrijes by reading the back of their corresponding pins, available for sale in Fiesta Village.

Did you know the Knott’s alebrijes have their own names? They are Cliofas, Cornelia, Filemon, Marimar, Saltina, and Torcuato.

Plus, an arts & crafts station has been set up near Hat Dance with complementary coloring sheets.

The update to Fiesta Village also includes new dining destinations. The dining options in Fiesta Village include:

  • Casa California
  • Cantina del Sur
  • Baja Taqueria
  • Papas Mexicanas

The updates also included new shopping locations and entertainment. We loved the sounds of Mariachi music and storytellers, plus traditional Folklorico dancing. Plus, you may catch the PEANUTS characters in themed costumes.

Knott’s Berry Farm’s Fiesta Village Rides

The thrills don’t stop with the colorful decor. Fiesta Village includes seven refreshed rides in the area.

  • Carrusel de California
  • Dragon Swing
  • Hat Dance
  • Jaguar!
  • La Revolucion
  • Los Voladores (formerly Wave Swinger)
  • Sol Spin
  • Montezooma’s Revenge: The Forbidden Fortress

Knott’s Berry Farm’s historic coaster, Montezooma’s Revenge, was closed for renovations. Unfortunately, construction delays have kept it closed with no scheduled reopening announced. More information on Montezooma’s Revenge.
