It’s not a Disney day without a churro. According to Pop Sugar, 2.8 million churros are sold annually at the resort. With all of use drooling over the cinnamon sticks of magic, it’s no suprise the flavors are popping up in other forms. At Trolley Treats Candy Shop in Disney California Adventure, guests can enjoy a twist on the classic churro: Churro Toffee.
The oversized square of toffee is covered in white chocolate and cinnamon. It’s a glorious blend of buttery, crunchy toffee and cinnamon sweetness. It’s a newer Disney treat, and one that you 100% will fall in love with.
The treats are also sold in the Downtown Disney District at Marceline’s Confectionary. I snapped this photo of the delightful treat.
It’s worth every penny, of course, but I’m saving my pressed pennies for Disneyland tickets so I am so happy that the white chocolate and cinnamon-covered toffee can be made at home.

For Toffee Coating:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture and set for another 40 minutes.
If you did not cut it at the beginning, break toffee into pieces.
