20 Frozen 2 Recipes From DOLE

I was compensated by DOLE® to attend this event and for my time. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Celebrate the release of Disney’s Frozen 2 with 20 themed recipes from DOLE®!

I’ve gone into the unknown here with healthier recipes inspired by Disney’s Frozen 2.  I adore celebrating our Disney obsession with themed recipes. Cookies adorned with Mickey, over-the-top milkshakes for a silly old bear, everything topped with a chocolate polka-dot bow. I’ve delved into the sweetness of my favorite characters.  But as a mama, I’ve got an obligation to provide a little more balance in our kitchen and on our dining room table.
While visiting the DOLE® Wellness Kitchen, my fellow bloggers and I were invited to experience a hands-on cooking demonstration to test out nutritious menu items perfect for families. You can read more about the day HERE.

DOLE® and Disney know the power of familiar characters like Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff!  Together, these 2 brands have kicked off another installment of Empowering the Hero Within.  You may have seen 20 brand-new DOLE®® Banana stickers and DOLE®® Pineapple tags featuring Disney’s Frozen 2 characters in stores now throughout supermarkets in the U.S. and Canada. If you have, I guarantee your kids have, too.  Make it extra fun by collecting the banana stickers and storing them on your own sticker chart.

Download yours HERE.

Let me tell you, the recipes are divine!  My favorite features of these 20 Frozen 2 inspired recipes from DOLE®?  They’re yummy!  They’re nutritious!  And many can be frozen!  Busy parents, rejoice.
